Power Flow Vinyasa: Empower yourself and enjoy your full body workout
Like restorative yoga, Power Flow Vinyasa is great for all levels. However, this IS a full-body workout. Power Flow Vinyasa is a physical practice of yoga where you will focus on and be conscious of linking your breath with your movement. You can practice Vinyasa with or without heat.
Where Hot 26 classes are static in nature, each Vinyasa class is different. Every class is empowering, fun, and encourages you to stand in your power and breath through all postures.
